These terms govern your use of the CompareMarket NG website and services. By using the platform you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

What we do

CompareMarket NG is an independent comparison platform that helps you compare insurance and other financial products from third-party providers. We are not an insurer, broker or financial adviser, and we do not provide financial advice. Any contract for a product is between you and the provider that supplies it.

Information on the platform

We work to keep product information, prices and estimates accurate, but they are indicative and for comparison purposes only, may change, and are not guaranteed. Estimated premiums are calculated from the information you provide and your actual price is confirmed by the provider at checkout, subject to underwriting. Editorial scores and commentary are our own opinions to aid comparison and are not verified customer reviews or a recommendation. Always read a provider's full terms before buying.

How we are paid

The platform is free to use. We may receive a commission or referral fee from a provider when you purchase after clicking through from our platform. This does not affect the price you pay or the independence of our rankings. See our Disclaimer for more.

Your responsibilities

• Provide accurate information when requesting a quote or buying a product.
• Use the platform lawfully and not attempt to disrupt or misuse it.
• Satisfy yourself that a product is suitable for your needs before purchasing.

Third-party services

Purchases are completed through third-party providers and our technology partner MyCover.ai, each of which has its own terms and privacy notices. We are not responsible for the products, services or conduct of third parties, including claims handling and policy administration.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, CompareMarket NG is not liable for any loss arising from your reliance on information on the platform or from products bought from third-party providers. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
